GHS GIRLS LACROSSE TRYOUTS 
 

 We’re excited to kick off our 2026 season and can’t wait to see you all at tryouts this weekend! Please read through the important information below regarding tryout dates, times, and what you’ll need to bring.

 

Tryout Schedule:

​

• Saturday, March 21st: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Field 3)

  • (Players are encouraged to arrive as early as 8:00 AM to sign in and receive their numbered tryout pinnie. Please give yourself extra time on this day to check in and get your pinnie).

 

• Sunday, March 22nd: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM (Field 3)

  • (Players may arrive as early as 8:15 AM to sign in).

 

• Monday, March 23rd: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Field 3)

  • (Players may arrive as early as 3:15 PM to sign in).

 

We will begin promptly at the listed start time each day. Please arrive early enough to allow time to sign in, warm up, and get ready.

 

What to Bring:

• Juniors and Seniors: Please bring a numbered pinnie for tryouts! 

• Lacrosse gear: Stick, goggles, cleats/turfs, and mouthguard

• Water bottle

• Layers or rain gear: Be prepared for changing weather! 

 

Additional Notes:

• Tryouts are a great opportunity to show your skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

• Support your teammates and bring a positive mindset. It makes a big difference! 

• Be sure to fuel your body with a good meal before tryouts and stay hydrated throughout the day.

• If you’re unable to attend any of the tryout sessions for any reason, please notify me as soon as possible.

• Team selections will be communicated through individual player meetings after tryouts on 3/23.
