Greenwich Girls Lacrosse has a rich history of developing some of the most competitive teams in the country and consistently producing players who succeed at the collegiate level.

In recent decades, the GHS girls lacrosse program has won the following championships:

Three CT State Championships (2005, 2011, 2012)
Multiple FCIAC (1994, 2003) and FCIAC West Championships (2005-10, 2013-15, 2017 and 2018)

The Class of 2020, which lost their senior season to Covid-19, produced 39 wins in 3 years!

Our girls are have been recognized for their play on the field as All FCIAC, All State, All American and Academic All-Americans. Over 13 GHS Girls Lacrosse players are currently playing at the collegiate level, with many more before them and to come. Click here for a list of recent alumni who went on to play at the next level.
Our program recognizes excellence on the field as well as contributions beyond the field. In addition to MVP, Most Improved and Peter Simpson Sportsmanship, Program Awards honor important individuals including the Olivia Miller Courage Award, the Emily Fedorko Spirit Award, the Unsung Hero Award, and the Coach's Award.
