Unsung Hero Award is earned by a student-athlete who may not otherwise be recognized because they did not have the most goals or assists on the team.  This award goes to the quintessential “team player” who consistently does the things that are needed for a successful team, but that aren’t recognized on any “stat” sheets.  This player gives her all not just when the coaches are watching or in games but at every practice as well.
